The first job

So after having the dolls house sitting in the den for a week or so looking pretty, we decided it was probably time to move it. So Phillip and I prepared ourselves for another move. This time taking the doors off of the dolls house to avoid unwated slaps in the stomach from the doors.  Out the den,  up a step,  navigate around the couches in the lounge,  through the kitchen,  out the laundry,  STOP!!! we nearly forgot our gumboots, gumboots on, down a step, across the driveway,  up a step, into the dry garage. Whew we made it!! And then back to the house to get the rest of the dolls furniture. Right, so the dolls house was now where we wanted it. Funnily enough, I ended up doing 50 hours of voluntary work there because that is where I wanted to be every day!  I had noticed this big dolls house in the back area of the food bank and asked about it. Lynn mentioned that a lady had brought the dolls house in to donate to the food bank and that they were trying to find someone to do it up so they could raffle it off to raise some much-needed funds. Me being me looked at it, opened it up, dreamt of being able to do it up bu
